Rest for the Mind: Understanding Sleep’s Role in Cognitive Wellness
June 11 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This presentation, brought to us in partnership with the UW School of Nursing, explains the science behind how sleep supports cognitive health, including processes like memory consolidation, neural repair, and the brain’s nightly waste clearance system. Attendees will learn how age-related changes in sleep patterns can influence attention, recall, and long-term brain resilience. Practical, evidence informed strategies will also be shared to help older adults improve sleep quality and support healthy cognitive aging. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for your convenience.
