The Golden Age of Broadcasting

In this presentation, brought to us in partnership with the TELOS program at Bellevue Community College, former Bay Area broadcaster, John Jensen, presents a review of the early pioneers of broadcast radio as it swept the nation in the 1920s, 30s, and 40s. You’ll hear examples of innovative ways in which “theatre of the mind” blossomed with special emphasis on the trailblazers who paved the way. Complimentary valet parking will be available.
