SilverKite Community Arts: Beginning Yoga (online)

For adults.
Led by Marva Benjamin, this workshop is for those new to yoga, or for those that want a slower more gentle practice. 
SilverKite Community Arts offers online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection. These workshops last approximately one hour.
