Art of Listening at the Bellevue Library

For adults.
In this interactive four-week workshop, learn how to focus and be present while another is talking, address our listening habits that block effective communication, and practice ways to validate, understand and connect with others.
Learn the value of silence in a conversation and you will get to have meaningful conversations with people in your community. Each week builds knowledge sequentially; ideally attendees can attend all four classes.
