In Person Event: Benefits of Outdoor Exercise on Brain Health

During this presentation, brought to us in partnership with the deTornyay Center for Healty Aging at the UW School of Nursing, you will learn which physical activities can reduce symptoms associated with aging. Additionally,we will discuss general healthy eating principles to reduce symptoms associated with aging. Complimentary valet parking will be available for your convenience.
