Create your own painted flowerpot. The class will demonstrate how to paint an ornate bird motif in Madhubani style. You will take home a functional art piece which will brighten any corner in a home.
Madhubani Painting is an ancient Indian tradition popularly practiced by womenfolk in the rural areas of the state of Bihar. It is a colorful visual art which is now gaining prominence in contemporized ethnic Indian décor.
