An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Monday, repeating until August 27, 2024

Practice mindfulness, relaxation and self-awareness and learn how to implement these practices in your life. Sessions of this four-week workshop will incorporate breathwork, gentle movement and instrumental improvisations all while focusing on relaxation and restoration. Instructor Kate Schnieder has a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Therapy and is a board certified music therapist. RSVPs appreciated, free!
