In this relaxed, slow-paced class, learn the basics of dance with Rachel Rene. Using these moves in everyday life will help improve balance, strength and flexibility. 
SilverKite Community Arts offers online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection. These workshops last approximately one hour.
