SilverKite Community Arts: Be Sweet to Yourself and Dance! (online)

For adults.
Treat yourself to the joy of music and movement in this dance workshop for older bodies. Half the class is done from a seated position and half is done up on your feet. 
SilverKite Community Arts offers online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection. These workshops last approximately one hour.
