SilverKite Community Arts: Chair Yoga (online)

For adults.
Many of us live much of our lives in seated positions-at work, at home, in the car, etc. Let’s show some love to the muscles and joints that make it possible! Explore subtle stretches and movements for tension-relief and strength-building, all in the comfort of our chairs.
SilverKite Community Arts offers online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection. These workshops last approximately one hour.
